One of the largest and most successful suppliers of air systems is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to round out the service department. Our primary goal is providing exceptional customer service coupled with innovative products and progressive system solutions.

The selected candidate will:

Be responsible for contacting branch customers for preventive maintenance scheduling.
Be responsible for maintaining branch customer database and documenting scheduled service work into the appropriate branch calendar.
Work with branch service departments regarding technician availability and weekly geographic focus.
Review equipment and maintenance history to determine type of service needed
High School Diploma (required); College Degree (preferred)
Expert verbal and written English proficiency
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Outlook
Basic skill level in Excel
SAP experience
1 year experience with service dispatch and scheduling
3 years Customer Service experience (required); Commercial or Industrial (preferred)
Regular physical attendance at the work site
