Our client, a tool supply company in Santa Ana, is seeking an Office Assistant/Customer Service to join their growing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


Proficient in MS Word and Excel, QuickBooks a plus
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
? Strong organizational skills

Answer inbound telephone calls
Take orders and enter data into QuickBooks
Maintain inventory of tools
Perform all other office tasks
