Our client, a manufacturing company located in Huntington Beach, is seeking an upbeat and positive Receptionist to join their team. Ideal candidate is computer savvy, open-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp to hire position, paying $15.

Duties Include:

Enter, verify, and invoice sales orders through ERP system
Maintain company calendar
Assist with travel arrangements (planes, hotel, rental cars, etc.)
Update MS Excel spreadsheets
Prepare MS PowerPoint slides
In change of monthly birthday cards
Screen and field calls

Excellent data entry skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong multitasking ability


Monday-Friday; 8: 00am-4: 30pm
