A well-established flooring contractor in Huntington Beach is seeking to add a Sales Support Admin to their sales department. In this role you will be supporting one or more members of the sales team assisting in the preparation of bids, quotes, proposals, contracts and documents. You should be comfortable communicating with internal staff as well as reaching out to customers and vendors as requested. This is a temp to hire position, paying $15/hr.


Pricing materials for the sales team
Researching on web for material data
Requesting samples from vendors
Place purchase orders
Enter work orders in system
Call vendors for material availability
Data entry into Excel, process paperwork, and maintain project folders
Timely response to emails and requests for info
Creation of Word documents for summary of materials and transmittal of info
Package samples and ship to clients

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google
Team player mentality
Self-motivated, self-starter
Problem-solving mindset
