HB Staffing is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an environmental consulting firm located in Huntington Beach. Ideal candidate is passionate, driven, and computer savvy. This is a temp to hire position, paying $20/hr-$22.50/hr DOE.

- Tracking/entering of timesheets, job numbers, and service items throughout the day
- Review project set-up sheets
- Set up proposal files and issue proposal numbers
- Complete required annual refresher courses related to asbestos inspection, management, etc., as well as technicians/subcontractor certifications
- Maintain organization of digital files on company server
- Processes credit card payments
- Order insurance certificates
- Data entry through Excel and QuickBooks of customer information, job order entries, job number tracking, etc.
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
- Previous experience working for a law firm, insurance company, tech company, or other industry related to structural engineering & contracting
- Highly skilled in MS Word
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks preferred
