My client, an established industrial lubricant and tool distributor in Santa Ana is seeking an organized Customer Service Representative to join their team.

In this role you will be answering phones, order taking, entering orders into QuickBooks, checking inventory to source cutting tools and providing general clerical support.

The right candidate for the needs to be comfortable in an industrial environment. Candidates must communicate well, be reliable, professional and be a quick typist. Basic office skills. Word and Excel proficiency necessary with the ability to be trained in QuickBooks. Being detail-minded and having great personal skills are also required.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8: 00 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M. And the pay is $14.00 per hour.
