An established alarm systems company in Huntington Beach is currently seeking a Certified Payroll Assistant in Huntington Beach. The position will include administrative assistant responsibilities as well as helping with payroll. Strong excel is desired, ass you will be assisting with several excel spreadsheets.
This full-time position is Monday through Friday 8: 00 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M. And pays $15.00 + depending on experience.
Certified Payroll Assistant responsibilities include:
-Working closely with payroll administrators.
-Certified payroll preparation.
-Review and submission through the LCPtracker.
-Maintaining and resolving Labor Compliance discrepancies (to avoid penalties) in a timely manner.
-Assist with preparation and submittalof certified payroll through LCPtracker.
-Providing correspondence and/or verbal assistance to subcontractors/vendors/owners-operators to resolve discrepancies or inadequacies in their certified payroll.
-Maintaining certified payroll files and correspondence.
-Verification of support documents required for certified payroll submissions.
-Reviewing owners contract for specifications/inclusions and create/update project templates in regards to contract requirements.
-Special Projects as required.
