We are currently looking to fill a position with the City of Anaheim for approximately 6 months! Please review each position and reach out if you feel as though your skills are applicable to either.

This position is Monday through Friday from 8: 00 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M. In Anaheim.

In this role, you will be performing a variety of technical and administrative duties to support the HR department in the area of employee benefits. You will be responsible for supporting the Benefits Division with general oversight and preparation for New Hire orientation, enrollment data entry, managing the Benefits inbox and voicemails on a daily basis. Candidates will be asked to assist employees/retirees (day to day calls, processing life insurance claims, and walk ins). You will also assist with other projects, communications and events (Blood Drive/Health Expo) related to the Benefits Division as well.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal), strong data entry, proficiency in Word/Excel and great customer service skills. Prior experience with Benefits or Human Resources is required. Must be able to multi-task, have strong listening skills and work efficiently in both a team and independently.
