Custom closet manufacturer is seeking an Office Assistant to temp in their Accounting Department. This is an open ended temp assignment for a few weeks, possibly longer per the client s needs.

The right candidate should have strong Excel, data entry and some familiarity with Quick Books.

In this role you will be assisting with data entry, filing, scanning, A/P, A/R, bookkeeping and entering invoices in addition to other administrative tasks as assigned.

9-3 or 9-4 based on need
