We are currently looking to fill a position with the City of Anaheim for approximately 6 months!

This position is Monday through Friday from 8: 00 A.M. To 5: 00 P.M. In Anaheim.

In this role you will be solely responsible for auditing and processing all vendor invoices and payments for City expenses. You will also be asked to maintain/manage monthly, quarterly and fiscal year end billing sent out to the retirees. Other duties include assisting with data entry of enrollments into the HR Management system and handling incoming calls or walk-ins with regards to benefits billings.

Candidates must have excellent customer service skills with a knowledge in Benefits, Billing and Open Enrollment. Must be a quick learner, talented at prioritizing tasks and able to look at the "bigger picture" when completing day to day work. Prior experience with Benefits or Human Resources is required.
