Our Huntington Beach client, a well-established design, remodeling and construction company, has come to us to help them fill a Project Manager Assistant position. This is an amazing opportunity to join a company that wants to invest in you!

Duties include typing proposals, subcontract administration, preparing spreadsheets, coordination of meetings between office team/superintendents/clients and architects, creation of job status reports, maintainance of the Project Manager's calendar, travel arrangements, collection, review and processing of submittals, RFI's and change order requests/billings.

You must be proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
Construction industry experience required
3+ years of work experience in a similar role
You will need to be a self starter, trustworthy, able to work independently and a team player
Smoke-free environment
