Our client, a well established lighting manufacturer based in Santa Ana, is seeking to add a multifaceted Accounting Assistant to their team. In this role you will be overseeing the company's A/P, A/R and collections in addition to other general office duties including some phones, accepting service orders or other clerical tasks. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position required
High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks (Sage a plus!)
40-50 WPM typing score
Must be reliable, mature and dedicated to a job well done
Team player mentality

This opportunity is temp-to-hire, which means once you have demonstrated your reliability and commitment to excellence, our client will be given the opportunity to hire you on as a permanent employee at which time the following benefits would be offered: Medical/Kaiser, 1 week vacation (after 1st year, holidays, dental +IRA with a match of 3%)
